Project Manager • Business Intelligence Analyst
I’m a Project Manager with a growing focus on Business Intelligence, using data to support decision-making and improve performance across diverse sectors. I approach my work with both curiosity and rigor, combining analytical thinking and project management to deliver clear, measurable results. I focus on turning data into actionable insights through KPIs, reporting, and performance tracking. I communicate clearly and manage projects both independently and within cross-functional teams, ensuring strong alignment between stakeholders and operations.
Data & BI tools: Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python (Pandas, Matplotlib) — applied to data extraction, transformation (ETL via Power Query), analysis and development of interactive dashboards and KPI-driven reporting
Data handling: Data cleaning, structuring and transformation; preparation of reliable datasets; exploratory (univariate & multivariate) analysis; data visualisation and storytelling to support decision-making
Project management: Retroplanning, Gantt charts, Agile methods — planning and coordination of data projects, writing functional specifications, documentation of processes and best practices
UX/UI & Communication tools: Miro (mockups, mind maps), Loom (training videos), Notion — creation of user-centric materials
